How to find a tour?

Navigating through our website to see a package you like. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, then fill the BUILD YOUR OWN TRIP or CONTACT form to let us know how you’d prefer your own holiday to be.

What does the Price include?

Our price is quoted in $ US (United State Dollar). Included and excluded services will be listed in our Confirmation Email. Please check carefully the inclusion and exclusion of services before proceeding the payment.

How to make a reservation?

As soon as you have decided to go ahead with the proposal, worked out by you and our travel specialist, just drop us a line to let us know. At this stage, please make sure that you have read and accepted our booking terms & conditions. Your contact person will need a while to place reservations for all of the tour services. As soon as the availability and reservations of the services are confirmed, we will request a deposit to secure your booking.

Once your deposit or full payment has been made and received by us, your personal specialist will send you the Confirmation Email which shows all the detail of the tour itinerary, confirmed services, and guide for the final payment schedule (if any).

What is the booking process?

STEP 1: SEND YOUR INQUIRY
After navigating through our website and when you see a package you like, fulfill the INQUIRY form to send us your request so that we are able to get back to you with the detail pricing information for the specific package. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, then fill the BUILD YOUR OWN TRIP or CONTACT ones to let us know how you’d prefer your own holiday to be. Beside the necessary information that you’re inquired to provide on the forms, feel free to give us as detailed information about your anticipated trip as possible. This will enable us to meet your expectation at best.

After your inquiry is submitted, the system navigates to a ‘Thank you page and send you an automatic email. Our travel consultant will get in contact with you within 01 working day.

STEP 2: REVIEW, CUSTOMIZE OUR OFFER
After receiving your inquiry, we will start working on it, putting things together and will get back to you with our pleasant pricing information. This step normally takes time for you and our travel specialist to exchange several emails/phone calls until you are totally satisfied with the proposed itinerary.

STEP 3: CONFIRMING, PAYING
As soon as you have decided to go ahead with the proposal, worked out by you and our travel specialist, just drop us a line to let us know. At this stage, please make sure that you have read and accepted our booking terms & conditions. Your contact person will need a while to place reservations for all of the tour services. As soon as the availability and reservations of the services are confirmed, we will request a deposit to secure your booking.

Do I need to pay the deposit?

The deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. After receiving your deposit, we’re going to reserve the services for you. So the deposit is required to secure your booking. Normally, 30% of total cost will be required for deposit at the booking time. For some urgent cases or special types of promotion, we will require full payment at the booking time.

How can I make payment to The TTG Travel?

You can pay us by:

– Credit card (pay online via VTC PAY system: we will send you a payment link to pay through VTC PAY.

– Cash: you can pay us by cash (VND, USD, AUD, EUR – exchanged by local rate) at our Hanoi office or at your hotel in Hanoi.

– Bank Transfer (all sides of bank fee paid by you): for the large amount of money (> 2000USD ), you can pay us through bank transfer to reduce the bank fee. For our bank account details, please inform our travel consultants.

Notice: Please fill exactly Account Number, Account Name & Swift code – It’s very important for smoothly receiving your money.

How can I pay through VTC PAY?

VTC PAY is approved by MasterCard for this payment collection on behalf of us. VTC PAY uses SSL Verisign® over internet transaction under 3D-Secure program by International card organizations so you are free from worries your card information disclosed. VTC PAY payment portal also meets standards of international financial system such as PCI DSS of PCI Security Standards Council, 3D-Secure of Visa, MasterCard, JCB and Amex. VTC PAY accepts payment by Visa, Master, Amex, JCB, UnionPay. When you receive a payment link from us, please click the link or paste the link on address tab in a browser. The link will show you a webpage of VTC PAY system.

When will my reservation be confirmed?

When do I have to pay the remaining balance?

The remaining balance will be made 7-day prior your departure date either by credit card or bank transfer. In case you want to pay us by cash at our office in Hanoi or at your hotel, please do inform our travel consultant

How to make a cancellation? And will I be charged when cancelling my booking?

If you want to cancel a booking, please send a cancellation request by email to us. We do not accept a cancellation by phone. Please read carefully the cancellation policy in our booking terms & conditions page. We also note clearly about the timing of cancellation and how much will be charged for the cancellation. Notice: we ONLY accept cancellation in writing by email, NOT by phone.
