As well as being of historical significance the fortress offers remarkable views of the region. You will then drive along one of the most astonishing roads in Vietnam, which climbs 15 km up to the top of the Ma Pi Leng Pass, through a gigantic maze of unique limestone peaks and canyons. Here you will have plenty of time to relax, enjoy the breathtaking sights and take photos. You will then visit Nguom Ngao Cave and explore part of the magical underground cavern. After visiting the waterfall and cave, you will travel down a beautiful road which is unknown to many. The road winds through the mountains before reaching the Nung village of Quang Uyen. We went on the northern adventure Tour; Ha Giang, Dong Van, Meo Vac and Ba Be lake. It was a long time to spend in a car every day, but all the sights were definitely worth the wait. What made the trip even better, was our amazingly sweet guide; Thuy! We could not have asked for a better person to spend 6 days (and a lot of hours in a car) with!

It was some amazing 6 days/5 nights in north Vietnam. It was many hours in the private car, But the guide stopes many times to walk in the beautiful Nature, shows the different ways to live and told everything about everything. The homestays was Low budget But it was an experience to live with the local. I have never seen such beautiful Nature in my Life, and i hope i Can come back to see it again one Day! If you want to go for the Tour ask for the guide Thuy. She was the most amazing person and guide we have ever meet. She was sweet, funny and only want to make everybody happy. She bought appels so nobody was hungry before dinner, gave massage when my partner was sick of driving and you always Saw a smile om her face. She was the Reason why This trip was so good.

We went for a 5 day tour of the North that the terrible tour guide organised for us. It was a good tour and we stayed in some really intresting places with breath taking views! Our tour guide Sunny did a great job, and the driver made us feel safe all the time, despite driving some really dangerous roads! I would would highly recommend!
