Highlights of Northeast Vietnam 5 Days

DAY 1: HANOI – HALONG BAY (-/L/D)
Your tour guide and driver will collect you from your hotel at around 08:00 and take you to Halong Bay. Upon arrival at the Ha Long Bay pier, you will take a cruise on the bay, with lunch being served on board. The shimmering emerald waters of the Bay filling you with serenity while the numerous towering limestone islands and rainforest depict perfectly the wild, untamed nature of the territory. After lunch, you will trek briefly to a summit, from which you will have an extensive view of the Ha Long Bay. You may choose to relax by taking a swim or sunbathing as you wish. At night, you will retire on board where you will spend the night.

DAY 2: HALONG BAY – LANG SON (B/L/D)
After a night of refreshing sleep to the gentle rocking of the emerald waters of the Bay, you may take a quick swim in the morning and settle for breakfast while taking in the majestic sights of the Bay. You will then explore the Sung Sot cave and the Soi Sim Beach for a combined 1hr 30 minutes before taking a cruise back to the pier, having brunch on board. From the Ha Long Harbour, you will take a drive to Lang Son province. Relax and admire the beautiful countryside and watch the daily life as you pass through the villages. You will have dinner and overnight in a hotel in Lang Son.

DAY 3: LANG SON – BAN GIOC WATERFALL – CAO BANG (B/L/D)
You will depart from Lang Son and head towards the Ban Gioc Waterfalls, along the way, you will encounter the Nung people of Phuoc Sen village. The Ban Gioc Waterfalls span halfway in China and the other half is in Vietnam. It is surrounded by a brilliant environment that is perfect for relaxation and fun activities. You will also discover the Nguom Ngao cave and then head back to Cao Bang for the night.

DAY 4: CAO BANG – BA BE LAKES (B/L/D)
After a breakfast at your hotel, you will drive through a small road snaking through the mountains to arrive at Ba Be lake, where you will be welcomed by a friendly Tay family. You can take a dip in the alluring waters of the lake and afterward enjoy a tasty dinner with the family.

DAY 5: BA BE LAKES – HANOI (B/L/-)
After saying goodbye to your welcoming host, you will take a boat trip on the river amid the lush forest which clings to the surrounding mountains. You will then visit Ba Be Lakes, Puong Grotto, Dau Dang waterfall and Cam Ha village. After a morning of exploration, you will return to Hanoi where you will be ped off at your hotel.

Note: Please note that due to cost efficiency, we only organize tour for at least two people.
