It was much better than I expected! I spent 3 nights at Hanoi city and decided to do a little getaway from the noises It was also my birthday and wants to do something especial. But I didn’t expect such luxury treatment! The assistant manager, Ego, even had a surprised party with beautiful delicious cake big enough to share with everyone. I was really surprised how thoughtful the staffs are. Although the La Regina is a brand new 5 star cruise , the staffs are well trained with genuine hospitable service!
The tour was perfect and the sound advise given to me by Sam really made my last few days in Vietnam a very enjoyable one.
As I ended up overstaying in the country, i had to get my visa extended and they made sure to take care of all the paperwork which meant i had more free time to enjoy my holiday.
The tour organised for me went without a hitch and i would highly recommend taking the tour to my friends and family.
We loved the luxurious and spacious rooms, the warm hospitality of the staff, the well planned itinerary and the delicious spread of food (especially the barbeque dinners). We felt well taken care of and enjoyed the unspoiled (and uncrowded views of Halong Bay). The bathroom was spectacular and modern with quality toiletries and even a heated toilet seat. Do note however that the bathroom did not have a door but had a bathroom blind separating it from the room (so bathroom privacy was something we were a little uncomfortable with). Else would highly recommend the La Regina Cruise, a luxurious way to visit Halong Bay.
Had unforgettable experience on a 2 days 1 night trip. Was picked up by limousine van from the hotel and trip to cruise ship was fast once on ship had great lunch and our room was very nicely decorated. Trip to caves was exiting and dinner was a moment we will never forget. The hotel we booked this trip with told them about our anniversary so cruise staff stunned us with a total surprise with cake and flowers which we shared with everyone in dining room so thanks to whole staff. Staff is very humble and nice. Overall 5 star experience will recommend to everyone. Thanks again to the whole staff for a wonderful experience
I highly recommend this boat.Me and my friends were upgraded to this boat and it blew me away.I only have one negative which was that my room was on the lower deck right at the back of the boat and if you want to sleep in you can forget it as the engine noise can’t be ignored when the boat is moving and is only bearable when stopped.
Now for the plus and that’s everything.The rooms are very nice with a spa bath,shower and fancy toilet.The staff are all very friendly and our host took care of us all very well and actually seemed to like his job which is rare to find.Dinning room and food are amazing and the top deck has a bar with plenty of seating along with a disco dance floor. You can also get involved in a short cooking class as well. Also at anytime you can pop downstairs to squid fish off the side.
Activities were good.We were given the option to either go to a beach kayaking and swimming or bamboo rafting along with a trip to the floating fishing village.We went for kayaking and swimming. You are free to go at your own pace when Kayaking but if you are experienced you also have the option to take a longer set route. On the second day you have the option to go to a cave. It’s well worth the short hike up to rock to see it. Of course all these activities are optional and you can just relax on the boat.
