You will visit Ha Long Bay, with its emerald rivers, abundant lakes, beaches and many limestone islands topped by thick jungle vegetations. Home to a host of plant and animal species, Ha Long Bay is a wondrous structure of rocky formations and enormous caves. The tour ends in the southern city of Ho Chi Minh, referred to as Saigon. This is the most populous city and the financial centre of Vietnam and is reknown for its pivotal role in the Vietnam War. It has an immense French influence, evidenced by the abundance of historic French colonial buildings and houses a number of landmarks and historical edifices.

On arrival at the Airport in Hanoi, you will be conveyed to your hotel in a 30-minute drive. You will have the evening free to relax and explore the city on your own and stay overnight at the hotel.
You will enjoy a city-wide tour of the capital city, visiting the Tran Quoc pagoda and the Ho Chi Minh complex which houses the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the President’s Palace. You will also explore the Ho Chi Minh Museum and the One Pillar Pagoda after which you’ll be treated to lunch in a local restaurant. Following lunch, you will visit the first imperial University in Vietnam, the Temple of Literature (Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam) and the Ngoc Son Temple which is surrounded by the Hoan Kiem Lake. Here, you will be regaled with the tale of the legend of the turtle in the lake. Later in the evening, you will enjoy an entertaining water puppet performance after which you will have dinner at a local restaurant. After this brief introduction to the Vietnam culture on the first day, you will stay overnight in Hanoi.
The train arrives at Hanoi very early in the morning and you will be taken for breakfast and morning coffee at a local restaurant, after which you will head to the spectacular Ha Long Bay. Upon arrival at the Ha Long Bay pier, you will take a cruise on the bay, with lunch being served on board. The shimmering emerald waters of the Bay filling you with serenity while the numerous towering limestone islands and rainforest depict perfectly the wild, untamed nature of the territory. After lunch, you will trek briefly to a summit, from which you will have an extensive view of the Ha Long Bay. You may choose to relax by taking a swim or sunbathing as you wish. At night, you will retire on board where you will spend the night.
After a night of refreshing sleep to the gentle rocking of the emerald waters of the Bay, you may take a quick swim in the morning and settle for breakfast while taking in the majestic sights of the Bay. You will then explore the Sung Sot cave and the Soi Sim Beach for a combined 1hr 30 minutes before taking a cruise back to the pier, having brunch on board. From the Ha Long Harbour, you will take a drive to Hanoi Airport to board a short flight to Saigon. On arrival, you will be conveyed to your hotel where you will rest for the night.
You will be conveyed to My Tho in the Mekong Delta area of South Vietnam. Home to the first railway route in Vietnam, My Tho is popular for its My Tho River and its floating markets. You will enjoy a private cruise on a boat to an orchard where you will enjoy lunch and tropical fruits at a local restaurant. You will discover the Dong Tam snake farm, where snakes are bred for snake wine and also visit the VinhTrang pagoda. Visit a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle, taste the delicious coconut candy & observe the pastoral life as you roam through the fruit plantation and village. Meet the bus and return to HCMC. This trip provides a fascinating insight into daily life in the Mekong Delta and you are guaranteed to take home your own private collection of beautiful memories.
Ho Chi Minh City, also known as Saigon, is the financial center of Vietnam. The city boasts of many beautiful sights including China Town, FITO Museum, the Reunification Palace, the Old Post office, Ben Thanh market, and the French-inspired Notre Dame Cathedral.
The final day of the tour is a free day that affords you the opportunity to do some personal exploration and souvenir-shopping. Afterwards, you will be transported to the airport for your departure flight, thus concluding this 7-day adventure of the best of Vietnam.

Yes, of course if you would like to make a reservation directly with the tour operator or travel agent, you will need to contact them directly. However, we are in good position to make the offer, make the booking and run the trip as we are a local tour operator.
